Lindsey’s teaching journey began after she graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Cultural Anthropology and a minor in Mass Communication. In 2016, she discovered that teaching was the perfect way to combine her academic background, love of knowledge, and passion for working with children and their families. After earning her Oklahoma teaching certification, Lindsey embarked on a career in education that has spanned seven years. Since joining the Keystone family in 2021, she has brought joy and dedication to her classroom every day!
Throughout her teaching career, Lindsey has woven her personal interests into her work, creating yoga clubs at her schools and completing 32 hours of mindfulness training through Mindful Schools. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Reading and is deeply committed to helping her students develop strong literacy skills and a love for lifelong learning.
Outside the classroom, Lindsey enjoys reading, practicing yoga, cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband, two dogs, and extended family.
