Emily Shoffner has a strong background in education, individualized healthcare, art, and a true passion for celebrating a child’s abilities. Her degree in nursing and specialization in individualized healthcare makes complete sense when you get to know her kind and loving heart. She has dedicated herself to empowering each student she works with on their learning journey. Emily has committed to applying personalized support by helping each student thrive and discover their potential. This is her fifth year at Keystone and continue to be in awe of the positive impact & magic that occurs in each child on the farm.
When not at Keystone, Emily can be found enjoying all the outdoors has to offer through gardening, hiking, and outdoor BBQ’s with friends and family, whom she adores spending her time with. She recently returned from time abroad in Peru while on a medical mission trip.
